@TorontoHydro I think it was you or a contractor working for you that trimmed some branches on Lippincott just north of College a few weeks ago. The branches are still there kind of blocking the sidewalk - can they please be removed? Thank you.

@overholt As long as you already have an active SIM card (with a phone number assigned to it) you are making a rate plan change, not a activating a new line :D That's why the checkout option is not available. ^FT

@koodo why wasn't I able to apply the KOODOOFFER thing when changing my plan just now?

@koodo Hmm, does changing my plan count as a new activation? I wasn't taken through the checkout option where I could enter the code (I thought I would be).

@overholt If you bring your own phone it works as long as it's a new activation because an online order will enable the checkout option. ^FT
