These are pistol fundamentals executed at high speed. Ben makes it look easy, but shooting a 2-3” group at 7 yards while pulling the trigger almost as fast as you can is very very difficult.
Law enforcement quals typically only require ~1 round per second inside of 7 yards and 2+ seconds per round beyond 10 yards. For those unfamiliar, Ben is shooting ~0.20 second splits here between rounds.
If we want to see improvements in law enforcement hit rates (roughly 15-30%), cops need to start training at paces faster than they’ll shoot in a gunfight to learn how to control the gun at “faster than life” speeds.
There’s much more to it, but this one example of where LEO firearms training/qualifications need to improve.

- Go ugly early. See first photo

- Age is nothing but a number. SF is an old mans game that last beyond the Army. photo 3
- If you choose to be a 18E, it will unlock a hidden kink. You will not know what it is, how it will manifest, but when it does, the 18Es just roll with it.
