FWIW I’ve been doing this a while. A.J. Dybantsa is the first prospect I’ve seen show up to combine media availability in a suit.

@AdamFinkelstein Dybantsa has tantalizing physical tools but his shot diet and lack of effort on defense gives him a real risk profile. I think he has a higher floor than Boozer and Peterson. But I think concern with him comes down to — can you win an NBA Title with him as your best player?

I asked another team drafting in the top four if they viewed the number one pick as already locked in and was surprised at what a direct response I got.

@jeff_on_sports I think he's going to be better with the ball in his hands than his assist numbers at Kansas suggest but his off-ball gravity is something teams will consider too. He has a chance to bring both of those things to the table, which is rare and valuable in itself.

Look I totally think DP can play combo guard the way Ant and Book do but I really think the everyone-is-a-point-guard pendulum has swung back. These scorers are better when there’s another ball handler to make life easier, it’s exhausting having to create everything yourself.

Mara is showing some good lateral quickness here but is definitely a step or two slow when it comes to reaccelerating. Boozer's run almost looks effortless and he gains a lot of ground while Mara is breaking down on the second last turn. Great run by both of them given their athletic concerns coming into the NBA Combine.

@CBB_Central To shrug off that 0-for-3 start and shoot 19/22 after that is downright impressive, especially at his age and size. That's the kind of composure and confidence that you don't normally see from an 18 year old.

@chasedcsports Boozer was elite on above the break 3s this season and pretty strong from the right wing as well. Pretty much matches this clip. Still not sure how people are downplaying his dominance this season. You're not supposed to be this good at 18.
