Watching Wales v Barbarians on S4C. Commentary all in Welsh with no subtitles. The majority of we Welsh (80%+) do not speak Welsh. Totally fed up of the minority, once again, dictating to the majority- but that’s Wales for you!

@SonnyBWilliams In theory yes. But lack of depth seems to always catch out Ireland and Scotland. 1st choice players get too much game time in the 1st 3 weeks of the tournament as backup is not quite good enough to ensure victory. The inevitable injuries handicap these sides in the later stages.

@StevenJ18023696 @thepaulwilliams It would land the 3-4 steps forward. However, to be completely accurate, air resistance would exert a force on it in the opposite direction as it travels so in reality it wouldn't quite make it that far. Hope that makes sense 👍

@owain_emyr @thepaulwilliams Not a counter argument, but question. If I run with a ball, throw it straight up amd continue running. Will the ball land the 3/4 steps forward I take while it’s in the air, or back where I threw it?

Doesn't this fly in the face of the forward pass momentum thing. Need physics help please

@thepaulwilliams (3/3) It’s therefore not reasonable to expect the ball to be received or land behind the halfway line – though it is not impossible if the pass went quite a way backward.

@thepaulwilliams (2/3) continue to move at the same speed as the train whilst in the air. So in rugby, if a ball is passed by a player running over the halfway line, the ball continues to move forward at the same speed as the player was running before the pass whilst in the air.

@brombleberry @MrTs_NQTs It is definitely not for everyone, but I have a Huel shake. All the required nutrients etc. Like someone else said above, food at work needs to be very quick and function for me, and this fits the bill perfectly
