@HSAHomeWarranty ...one month away. So we used an outside party to accomplish it quicker. Now the AC still won’t work and we cannot get anyone out to even look at it let alone fix it for over a week. This home warranty has been the biggest waste of money. Cant recommend against it enough.

Had the pleasure of staffing ambulatory morning report this morning. Went through data on mindfulness meditation in #PrimaryCare led by #internalmedicine resident Dr Sanderson. Data is strongest for #mentalhealth but also #chronicpain. We even meditated at the end the session..

IV then PO antibiotics for left sided endocarditis (incl MSSA/MRSA) appears to be non-inferior to IV only; needs further refinement to make sure no high risk subgroups or ABx combinations, but at least an option for pts where HITH not suitable.
