I keep seeing this photo and 🤦🏼‍♀️! Whilst masks may not be able to stop you from getting COVID, they help reduce the spread of your own germs into the air. So if everyone wore a mask, that’s a lot less germs hanging around and therefore less risk of catching COVID. #WearAMask

UK folk keep saying “masks will kill the High Street”. The reason people aren’t shopping at the High Street is because of the virus. Steps to make stores safer for customers will likely increase custom.

Those people at immediate risk should have been protected from the start. Many of them died because the government chose the mad route of quarantining the healthy, and neglected the vulnerable.

Which is of course a matter of degree - we don't wear masks during flu season, after all - but in this instance the balance seems fairly appropriate?

Find it hard to buy the personal liberty argument re refusing to wear a facemask given that the liberty being infringed is your liberty to infect other people with a potentially fatal disease, which surely has an impact on their own liberty, and indeed mortality.

SOme bag of frozen brown food delivered with no indication of what it is. Also lots of pork delivered when a large proportion of the occupants are muslim. It's shocking.
