Grocery stores are major sources of single-use plastic packaging garbage, which not only ends up in landfills and the natural environment, but can also contaminate our food. 🗑️

We met folks from a delegation promoting the new documentary “Plastic People”, shedding a light on the impact of microplastics on human health. They spoke Swahili and Eric from OWSAG speaks Swahili too, so we were able to converse with them! We are all connected in amazing ways.

#WorldWaterDay is on March 22nd, and this year’s theme is Water for Peace 💧 More than 3 billion people worldwide depend on water that crosses national borders. Yet, only 24 countries have cooperation agreements for all their shared water.
