Frankston line still goes through the city loop, but may be infrequent at that time of day. There will be city loop replacement buses that go through the city loop stations in a clockwise direction, runs every 10 minutes. Alternatively you could take a tram to Jolimont. Walking is also good option, it all depends on time constraints.

@oztish Apologies. There appears to be planned works on Tuesday and Wednesday after 9PM both days. Journey Planner is showing correctly that trains are running direct from Flinders Street. However this information is currently not present on the planned works webpage.
