I haven’t talked about this much here, but on May 4th, I was unexpectedly laid off from Full Squad after we were told the main channel would be moving in a new direction with new talent. I spent the past year and a half there as Talent and Head of Content. When I joined on January 6th, 2025, we rebuilt the group from the ground up. In that time, we grew the brand by over 1.5 million followers and subscribers across platforms and generated well over 3 billion views. Full Squad was a second chance for me in this industry, and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t heartbroken that it ended like this. Regardless, I’m incredibly proud of the work we did, the team we built, and everything we accomplished together. I grew a lot, learned a lot, and I’d like to think we did more than an above average job. Now, I’m looking at this as a chance to get back to what I love most: streaming and making group content with my friends on channels we actually own and control. I’m excited to take everything I learned there and put it into what I build next. I’ll be live tomorrow at 5pm PT to talk more about what happened, answer questions, and share what’s next.
