Met a man in the gym in his 50s with a physique most people want and I asked for his routine. He said: “Just 2 exercises per muscle group. Been doing it for 20 years.” Chest — incline bench + cable fly Shoulders — overhead press + lateral raises Biceps — hammer curls + preacher curls Triceps — pushdowns + overhead extensions Back — pull-ups + barbell rows Legs — squats + leg extensions Then I begin to wonder Are we doing too much in the gym just to feel productive during a workout?

The U.S. government has to refund $166 billion in tariffs, PLUS interests. Trump said he would be paying Americans checks from tariffs and eventually even replace the income tax. So now not only are you not getting DOGE checks after he cancelled DOGE, you’re not getting tariff checks and paying the interests back on tariffs collected. And you are also paying $2 billion a day for Trump and Netanyahu’s war in Iran. And you are paying on avg $4 per gallon gas and inflation is rising again. The lack of humility and understanding the struggle of regular Americans is astounding to me. Trump and his lackeys demand loyalty and name call and bully yet Americans struggle more and more.

NEW: Since yesterday's deadly shooting in MN, I've talked to more than half a dozen federal sources involved immigration enforcement, including several in senior positions, who all tell me they have grown increasingly uneasy & frustrated w/ some of the claims & narratives DHS pushed in the aftermath of the shooting. Specifically, I'm told there is extreme frustration with DHS officials going on TV and putting out statements claiming that Alex Pretti was intending to conduct a "massacre" of federal agents or wanted to carry out "maximum damage", even after numerous videos appeared to show those claims were inaccurate. While they say it was a terrible decision to show up with a gun and inject himself into a federal law enforcement operation, there is no indication Pretti was there to murder law enforcement, as videos appear to show he never drew his holstered firearm. These sources say this messaging from DHS officials has been catastrophic from a PR and morale perspective, as it is eroding trust and credibility - comparing it to when Democrats falsely claimed the border was closed or that Haitians were being whipped at the border. Some of these sources have described DHS’ response to the shooting as “a case study on how not to do crisis PR”, one said they are so “fed up” that they wish they could retire, another said “DHS is making the situation worse”, and another added that “DHS is wrong” and “we are losing this war, we are losing the base and the narrative." These sources all believe this is going to end up being what they call a “bad shoot”, a “shitty” situation that happened in seconds where agents likely heard “gun!”, then the disarmed firearm may have had an accidental discharge that spooked the agents, and they shot. The agents do not have the luxury of multiple slow motion angles - and had to make split second decisions. All of the sources support the mass deportation agenda, but have serious hesitations about the way it is being carried out and the messaging that comes with it. Many of the sources have expressed frustration that ICE is routinely blamed for the actions of Border Patrol, a completely separate agency. I reached out to DHS for comment on concerns that their rhetoric and comments have damaged their credibility. DHS provided the following statement to @FoxNews: “We have seen a highly coordinated campaign of violence against our law enforcement. This individual committed a federal crime while armed as he obstructed an active law enforcement operation. As with any situation that is evolving, we work to give swift, accurate information to the American people as more information becomes available."

A lot of people, myself included in previous posts, have opined the officer(s) who fired likely didn't know that just before they did so the gun was seemingly removed from the man's waistband. This video certainly seems to indicate that is the case. I went through the two videos, ran a background noise filter, and manually synced them as for some reason Final Cut wouldn't do it in the software automatically like it normally does (likely because the microphones were to far away but it does mean they may be 1 or 2/24ths of a second out of sync [also may not be]). I also cropped in for as much detail as possible during the critical seconds on both videos. @WhalePanda This is the weirdest market I have seen in many years. Gold, stocks and crypto are all down while there is no major thingie in the fundamentals triggering these sales. Seems like all are fleeing back to fiat, but that does not make sense either.

All jokes aside, this is objectively an absolute horrible performance and it is very hard to justify holding Bitcoin if it doesn't go higher within the next year. It feels like a forced liquidation, since it's consistent selling during US hours, but not aggressive. When there's aggressive selling at least you have bounces, there are absolutely no bounces just consistent selling. People pointing at OG whales, yeah there were 3 and they were all over twitter. That's not it. Yeah the 4 year cycle might be a self-fulfilling prophecy at this rate but still the dumping feels too controlled and not in bursts like you would expect in a panic. This entire thing makes no sense, you panic, you market dump, relief bounce and that's it... but this is sus af.
