@paYacoub Merci pour votre retour. Le risque est si dans le même workflow des emails avec différent expéditeurs sont envoyés. On peut recevoir un email d'un expéditeur B. La solution est de faire un scénario annexe pour toute désincription je blackliste pour tous les senders.

@Sendinblue_fr question rapide :) On est d'accord que si dans un Workflow l'utilisateur se désabonne, il sort du workflow également? Ou est-ce qu'il faut prévoir cet éventualité dans les conditions de sortie? Merci!
