@pabloknows @ckparrot If that is the forethought that is a very bad plan. What good would a rookie or anyone be with a new coach, GM on hot seat or new GM, and holes everywhere. Settings young QB up for failure his first couple years

Gotta wonder if Miami already said F it contingency plan w/Ewers this last draft & Wilson who was considered best backup qb on market. Yes some of it was if Tua gets hurt again but maybe some was also if/when it falls apart they have guys next year for camp w rookie they draft.

@ckparrot Yeah I’m not suggesting they would bet on Ewers as much as Ewers plus Wilson plus whomever they draft is a viable young group for camp. Then again, like you said Wilson only 1 year deal and separating prematurely from Tua seems problematic outside of injury.

@pabloknows Might be. They only have Zach on a 1 year deal and if Tua goes belly-up on them then nobody in their right mind within that organization is going to say yeah sure let's bet on a 7th round pick being our next franchise QB. Then again I could be misreading what you wrote.

I tried to register for a parking permit through my local county website and encountered a computer error, so I submitted an email through the county "Contact Us" button.
Somebody got back to me within two hours saying they had fixed the error and I could try again (which was successful).
Having spent time working in government IT at the local, state, and Federal levels, I think someone should get a medal for this.
