Hi @Courtyard_io — I’ve pulled some amazing slabs from your vending machine packs. 🙌 Quick question about the buyback flow: when someone takes the instant buyback, what happens to that slab next? Does it go back into future pack pools, get listed on the marketplace, or held for later? And how do you prevent a tier from slowly filling up with the slabs people are least excited about? Curious to learn more about how you manage the inventory over time.

4.It compares tiny immigrant groups to tens of millions of British citizens as if they were equal in size. A few incidents in a small group can make the “rate” look sky-high, while a much larger population’s rate will look lower even with far more total offences. Rates alone are an insufficient and highly manipulative way to present this data when the underlying populations vary so dramatically in size. 5.There’s no context for who counts as “foreign.” Someone who’s lived in Britain for decades might still be listed under their birth country, while others with dual citizenship could be counted differently. That kind of messy data makes the chart’s categories meaningless. 6.There’s no proper statistical method shown; no dataset, no time frame, no population breakdown, no conviction rate. This is a political meme designed to look like a chart. But it’s not reliable data. (2/2)

Okay, let’s break it down. 1.The chart uses charges instead of convictions. A charge is just an accusation. Using that instead of proven convictions automatically inflates numbers for certain groups. 2.The “Centre for Migration Control” is an anti-immigration pressure group, not a research institute. It makes political infographics instead of proper studies, so the source itself isn’t reliable. 3.There’s no sample size shown. That means you don’t know if the numbers come from 5 cases or 5,000. If there were 7 charges among 1,000 Eritreans, the rate per 10,000 would look massive even though it’s just a handful of people. That’s how you fake a “scary” result. (1/2)

The 8 Kent offenders sent to jail for more than 100 years. These are the most common types of faces of sex offenders. White British.

@ShaunHensleyCA @9mmsmg You’re treating correlation (symmetry often being perceived as attractive) as definition (symmetry equals attractiveness). That’s a logical error.

Fair point. Yes, it’s the same problem. When anyone uses a woman’s looks to make a political point, like the original post, they’re turning her appearance into a weapon. The politics don’t matter. Reducing women to symbols instead of people is still misogyny. From outside the US, it’s wild how quickly every discussion there turns into left vs right.

@pablosteffa @9mmsmg It's wild that libs will try to launder the most niche and counterintuitive ideas like "sex is subjective" by claiming all the weird shiite they believe is just "basic decency".

So you’ve read Roselius’s book. I agree his work is important for understanding the extreme anti-communist violence and proto-fascist ideas that shaped the White Terror of 1918. But those ideas didn’t translate into Finland adopting the Nazi ideology. Finland actively refused to participate in the Nazi racial agenda, stayed democratic and later fought Hitler’s army. That’s the opposite of being on the Nazi side.

Finland, just like Ukraine, has always been on the same side of history. The Nazi side.

Why so riled up? This is an interesting topic. You’re missing the core point. You’re implying that because most people share certain beauty preferences (like symmetry), those preferences make beauty partly objective rather than 100% subjective. That treats objectivity as if it comes from consensus, but that’s a misuse of the term. “Objective” means mind-independent. Biology can make many people prefer symmetry, but that doesn’t make symmetry beautiful. Beauty judgments are preferences by definition = evaluations made by minds. You can’t assign a percentage to subjectivity. If a judgment depends on perception, it’s subjective. If beauty requires a perceiving mind, it isn’t objective.

@pablosteffa @9mmsmg Lol seriously?? We arent arguing preference...you stated an absolute which is absolutely false. If you would have said 90% subjective you could have made an argument, once you claim 100% subjectivity your argument falls flat. Beauty is not and never will be 100% subjective.

We’re arguing definitions here. You’re talking about widely shared subjective preference, not objective truth. If 9 out of 10 people prefer red to blue, that’s a universal pattern, but it doesn’t make “red is the objectively best color” true. Preference, even when shared, is still 100% subjective. Big difference.

@pablosteffa @9mmsmg Im not arguing its subjective saying its not 100% thats retarded...plenty of common accepted beauty traits that are universal across humans. Meaning it can never be 100%
