@SimonSaysBTC Listened to the whole convo! Listing is basically confirmed 🫡 I think technically it is an IPO in the US cause $GLXY will remain listed in Canada. So $GLXY will be listed in both jurisdictions (dual listed).

It’s virtually a certainty that $GLXY will be on the Nasdaq by June. This will change everything.

@A_Dabaja @intangiblecoins @novogratz Yea, but I don't think $GLXY needed to be domiciled in US to be invited right? Chainlink, Kraken, Gemini founders were there and they are not US listed companies (yet!)

Although Galaxy is headquartered in NYC they are not yet domiciled in Delaware since this is part of the NASDAQ listing structure which has not yet been approved by the SEC, as I understand it. Please correct me if I'm wrong but I've been thinking about this very question all day since it's a very conspicuous absence.
