California AB 1266 allows trans athletes in sports for example. Girls didn’t have a right to a fair competition and have lost titles due to progressive initiatives in the NCAA outside of CA. Their “right” to fair competition was removed. While trans women should not be discriminated against, that should not extend to a trans woman’s ability to deny a biological woman’s right to fairly compete.

Yeah Kamala opened the borders which bled resources from marginalized citizens especially the black community. Biden allowed men in women’s sports eliminating decades of women’s rights progress. The DNC then removed a presidential candidate nominated by the people and installed their own unelected King to run. Those were dark times when Kings ran things.
