🚨💣 BREAKING: Milos Kerkez to Liverpool, here we go! Plan from May confirmed as it’s all agreed between clubs.
£40m transfer fee, long term deal and Kerkez set for medical in the upcoming days.
Kerkez to Liverpool, never in doubt. 🔐
@jmwalsh82 Not me mate we were awful and deserved to lose. I'm actually enjoying the fact that some utd fans think they're back now they fluked a win 😂
One of these was deemed a high boot and worthy of a sending off. The other was apparently not even a foul. Making it up as they go along on a week by week, game by game, minute by minute basis. 🤷🏻♂️
General football observation warning! Waking up to Van Dijk slander is incredible. He's clearly very close to being back to what he was pre injury and walks in to any Team of the season easily. Get down to specsavers immediately if you don't rate him
@empireofthekop Not saying I agree or disagree but why do people ignore the fact that these players also made mistakes in their careers. Every time VD does it's brought up that he's not at their level but they've all done it. The truth is it's impossible to ever know who's the best.
🗣️"Personally, I think he is overrated. I don’t think he is anywhere near the levels, consistently, of the likes of Sol Campbell, John Terry and Rio Ferdinand."
Jason Cundy has labelled Virgil van Dijk as 'overrated' 🤣 #LFC
🗣️ Rio Ferdinand: “I see Jamie Carragher tweeted something about Van Dijk being better than Vidic. I think Torres scored three goals in 15 games against Vidic. It's a myth.”
Nemanja Vidić in the Premier League:
🎖️ The first defender to be named Player of the Season
🎖️ The only defender to be named Player of the Season twice
🎖️The highest win percentage of any defender with 200+ appearances
Serious questions need to be asked about how McTominay has survived so long at United. Years of not being good enough evidences the issue at United. Keeping hold of players who aren't good enough. But why?
@dmlynchlfc It should be an indication for the ref as any player that goes down feeling contact appeals on the off chance they get something especially if the ball ends up in the net and Taylor doesn't 🤦
Genuinely surprised that was ruled out. The fact Charlie Taylor immediately put his hands on his head rather than appealed to the referee told you everything you needed to know.
@JamesPearceLFC The so called fouled player doesn't even appeal for it 🤦 and puts his hands on his head when the ball goes in. He doesn't even try to pretend he's fouled 🤣
In a sane sport, the referee would be shouting "superb tackle" and waving play forward. The fact its a yellow card only leans into one fact.
The fact that the game, a game designed for legitimate physical contact, is the softest it's ever been.
