@dplockhart That all sounds good and important in the long run. Has a "Murphy's Ulster"...(let's call it "Murphy's law")... emerged yet? A style of play? What is he obviously trying to do with regard to tactics and playing style? I'm generally unable to pick this sort of stuff out!!

@paddy_de ‘Project Murphy’ is the shift towards a greater emphasis on developing and promoting young, homegrown talent. Also, a detoxification of the culture at the club. That’s what it means to me anyway.

@FogartyJack Murphy is out of his depth. Its easy to look good at Leinster academy and with the age grade Ireland teams. When the tide goes out, you see who's been swimming naked.
