@virginmedia Online, it was £163 through agent (who i just couldn't understand a word she was saying), it was £156. Eventually I threatened to cancel and I got it for £93 a month. You care more about new customers than current ones. 20+ years as a customer and I get treated like that

@virginmedia I've tried numerous times to log into my account and now I've tried and it gives me an email address that is not mine and I'm totally locked out of my account

@virginmedia It says wrong password. yet it's the same password I've not changed it as its saved in my Google password manager
