Bijnor, UP: Mohd Abuzar Shamim torched a vehicle in the night. The act was caught on CCTV Initially, police booked Abuzar for “mischief by fire” But it soon emerged that Abuzar was instructed by his handler Mohd Abubakar to specifically burn a Hindu-owned vehicle in exchange for money Further probe revealed that Abuzar was in need of some money. He asked his cousin Mohd Zaid for help. Zaid connected him to Abubakar from Mumbai, saying he helps Muslims in distress Abubakar told Abuzar to torch a vehicle after checking Hindu symbols, record the act and send it on Telegram Abuzar targeted a vehicle parked near a temple and set in on fire. Soon after, he recieved an amount in his bank account Vehicle owner is one Nimish Rastogi Now National Investigation Agency is probing the case for terrorism Incident took place in March 2026.
