Cleansed my night by watching A Hidden Life - a movie that is glorious, heartbreaking so beautiful that almost every shot could be a painting.

This is the first dog I've ever had who 1) Chases butterflies 2) Attacks sprinkler heads when they are running. 2) Likes to roll down grassy hills.

Excited because I just found out we may be fostering a new broken leg dog. We are the COVID rehab house for dogs with broken legs.

Went to the beach this weekend for a long walk, wore my mask and most people seemed to have masks and were moving and keeping their distance. Felt good to put my feet in that cold water.

Found out today that we have something called orange pipe as our main line to the street. They're pipes made of cardboard that were made in the 70s. Ugh.

My sister has chosen now to embark on two separate construction projects in our house - with two different crews. Oy.
