قانون کی بے حسی یا فحا-شی کی سرپرستی؟ اخلاقیات اور پیمانے(gender)صنف دیکھ کر کیوں بدل جاتے ہیں؟ کیا یہ جاگیر داروں کی لونڈیاں ہیں؟ یا لاہور سے منظور شدہ ٹیکسیاں ہیں؟ یہ کسی کے بھی خلاف روتے ہوئے ویڈیو لگائیں عورت کارڈ مظلوم کارڈ کھیلتی ہیں پھر اسکی خیر نہیں ہوتی پاکستانی لونڈے لپاڑے دکھ میں شریک ہوتے ادارے بھی مدد کرنے کو دوڑ پڑتے ہیں ٹک ٹاک لائیو پر بیٹھ کر سرِعام فحا-شی پھیلانے والیوں، بیہودہ گفتگو کرنے والیوں اور مجرا کرنے والیوں کو کھلی چھوٹ ملی ہوئی ہے۔ یہ لائیو سٹریمنگ نہیں بلکہ اخلاقیات کا جنازہ ہے جو روزانہ لاکھوں نوجوانوں کے سامنے نکالا جاتا ہے، لیکن قانون کے رکھوالوں کو یہاں نہ تو "پبلک نیوسنس" نظر آتی ہے اور نہ ہی "سائبر کرائم"۔ لیکن تماشہ تو دیکھیے! اگر کوئی مرد سڑک کنارے کھڑے ہو کر محض شوقیہ ویڈیو بنا لے یا گاڑی میں اونچی آواز میں گانا چلا دے، تو پولیس کی غیرت فوراً جاگ اٹھتی ہے۔ پل بھر میں پرچے کٹ جاتے ہیں، حوالات کی سیر کرائی جاتی ہے اور اسے "قانون کا مجرم" بنا کر پیش کیا جاتا ہے۔ کیا ریاست صرف کمزور پر رعب جھاڑنے کے لیے ہے؟ جب بیہودگی بیچنے والیوں کی باری آتی ہے تو سب کی زبانیں گنگ کیوں ہو جاتی ہیں؟ کیا حکومت اور اداروں نے خاموشی سے اس فحاشی کو لائسنس دے رکھا ہے؟ یہ دوہرا معیار معاشرے کی جڑیں کھوکھلی کر رہا ہے۔ اگر قانون کا ڈنڈا صرف غریب اور عام آدمی کی گردن کے لیے ہے، تو پھر انصاف کا ڈھونگ بند کریں۔ بیہودگی پھیلانے والے ان اڈوں پر ہاتھ ڈالیں جو ہماری نسلیں تباہ کر رہے ہیں، ورنہ سڑکوں پر تماشے بند کروانے کا ڈرامہ بھی بند کریں! خاموشی توڑیں اور اس منافقت کے خلاف آواز اٹھائیں!
