The #exp397 sampling party has begun and the samples are in HIGH demand! There is little to no sediment left in most working half cores for the shallower depths of cores U1586.

@LauraJaneMayne As a PhD student who doesn’t think or talk about science 24/7 and has a strong work/life balance, I often feel that I may not belong in academia because I’m not thinking about science 24/7 like the professors I am exposed to do. Isn’t that a shame?

My biggest reason for striking is to end this conversation for future first-gen students. @UofCalifornia, first-gen students aren't just some statistic you can use to claim that you serve them. Do better by making your schools a place where they can thrive. (4/4) #FairUCNow
