@mark_joubert Thank you for including us in your journey as loving parents of Gus. Thank you too for your witness to our loving God. Now I pray for you and your wife as you return to life outside the hospital. Love and take care of yourselves. God bless you both.

I woke up to a world missing someone who showed me, perhaps more than any other human being, what it meant to love and be loved. If I could love him this much as his father, how much more does my heavenly Father love me? He gave us the greatest gift in giving us our son, Gus.
"If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!" Matt. 7:11
There are no more prayers to say for Gus. His fight is over. But others still have a long fight ahead of them. Please pray for other children you learn of who are on this difficult journey - other children with heart and kidney issues. Like Gus, they need help, they need hope, and they need love.
Blessed be the name of the Lord.

@BenOxlade1 I do not use Instagram hence my answer. However I suggest you do what best suits your family and is the best for your two beautiful boys not what others ask for. Once photos are published you cannot take them back. Have loved following R’s wonderful progress.

As first 2 years of #parentgapyears come to end, so too does time at Flinders. Chosen a different path to #walkmytruth and #domyvalues. Big adventure coming for personal and professional learning. #stillresearching #stillteaching #learningfromwonderfulhumans #yolngu

Thanks Jane for organising a great day talking about research in the Teaching and Learning Research Section at Flinders. Socially distanced, thought provoking and challenging. #edresearch
