I posted a parcel via Anpost/DHL to US on Dec 9 that was supposed to be delivered in 2 working days but haven’t been delivered yet. Status seems all over the place, any chance someone can look into this for me please? I am a bit worried. Thanks a mill!
@Postvox Hi have an issue with a parcel from States and need some help please. Insurance status is saying received by customs for inspection on Nov 29 but Anpost tracking is saying you were not able the deliver parcel on Nov 29 and is being sent back to sender and I am worried😳

It is not possible to pre-wrap the item before posting it via DHL as the contents of the package must be verified against the contents declared on the form before it can be accepted. Apologies we cannot offer a more favourable response.

@Postvox Hi! I need to post a parcel via DHL in Dec. I have the brochure w the form I need to complete and have a quick question. Brochure says to drop the “pre prepared box for sending but do not sealed box”. Can the items in the box be wrapped? (Its a xmas gift). Thank you!

@Postvox Hi, I posted a big parcel to the States on Dec 10, the parcel was received by the States on Dec 23 but the tracking status has been “in transit to next facility” with no updates from Dec 27 and I am worried my parcel is lost.
Is there anything you can do? Thanks!!

@Postvox hey there i paid costumes charges for a parcel on January 8th and the tracking status remained the same from that day. It has never taken this long before so wondering if there is an issue? Thanks a mill!!

@Postvox Hey there I got a notification for customs charges to be paid. But when I go to Anpost to pay charges online like I normally do, it tells charges have already been paid (by sender) Would you be able to double check that for me please? Nothing pending from my side? Thx!
@SSEAirHelp Hi I need to update my bank details for my debit and there doesn’t seem to be an option to do it online. I have been trying to do it on the phone but it has been impossible to ge through (i have been trying for almost 2 weeks). Is there any other way to do it? Thanks

@Postvox Hi! I am waiting on an order from Etsy. And the status has now changed (on Anpost tracking) to: We could not deliver your post. We will try to return it to the sender. at 15:46 on 07 February 2022. Can someone help me please? Not sure why it is being returned to sender?
