@airindiain I cancelled my ticket this February 2022 for the ticket I booked for the March month 2022 and still I am yet to receive the refund of my ticket. Is this how your refund team works in Air India ? Do I have to wait for several years to receive it?

@airindiain I don’t need the same old reply from you. It’s been the same situation two years and no solution at all. Is there anyone working in Air India or everyone is lazy ???? @airindiain

@airindiain It’s been more than 3 months and still the refund is processing ?????

@pandiponds The refund is processed from our end and it will take 7 to 10 working days to get credited. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
