Very bad experience with Air India during my flight from New Delhi to New York. Was sent from business class to economy class due to broken seats at the same time two passengers were upgraded to business class

No help when you go through the problems with Air India. After 14 months of going back and forth for bad experience with Air India, the following message I received it.

30% entertainment system was not working in the economy class. I talked to at least six crew members on the same flight who used to get complaints about these problems. I sent two letters to Air India but no response.
Options were given that one person has to go to economy class or come back tomorrow. During our discussion, Two passengers were upgraded to business class from Economy class for unknown reasons by Ms. Pinky ( Customer care associate) and Ms. Disha (AI executive) at Delhi airport.
