You're looking at numbers, I’m looking at utility. Rutherford has a 194 SR but MI is batting him at 7 where he gets 8 balls max. That’s a waste of a specialist. In the GT game, MI used 6 bowlers & Hardik only bowled ONE over. If you don't even need your 6th bowling option, why bury a form batter like Sherfane? The "math" doesn't work if the entry point is wrong. Move him to 4 to maximize the runs, or play Bosch if you actually want the bowling cushion. Right now, it’s just a tactical no-man’s land.

Why play Sherfane Rutherford as a specialist batter if you’re only giving him around 15-20 balls (at max) to face? Benches a decent all-rounder Bosch, bats below Hardik, and gets zero time to settle. The math isn’t mathing 🤷‍♂️💙 #TATAIPL #MIvGT
