@StuffForSisters Absolutely disheartening. This Sunday I was so happy to see my church packed and then the chaos. People are coming to the Catholicism looking for the traditions of the church and the beauty of the faith because they are tired of world of chaos brought by liberal ideas.

It's regrettable that as soon as the Catholic Church has begun seeing a U.S. revival, stupid stuff starts encumbering Christian unity and Catholic evangelization. I've heard stories and seen in ministry that demonic interference increases when spiritual progress is being made.

This is Donald Trump’s tirade tonight on Truth Social. I’ve been very patient with The Don, and I’ve been very measured and balanced in the feud erupting between him and the pope. This, however, is too much. Donald J. Trump just lost my support. He won’t get it back until I see an apology for this, directed toward Catholic Americans and Pope Leo XIV. Thankfully, Donald Trump will not be running for office again in 2028. So I don’t need to worry about voting for him. Nobody does. However, if Republicans want to win elections ever again, they will need to distance themselves from Donald J. Trump. His name is now toxic to the Catholic vote, and Catholics make up at least 17% of the Republican Party.

If you are a Catholic this should offend you. President Trump attacking the Catholic Church is completely unwarranted and extremely distasteful. He should be well aware that Catholics account for at least half of the MAGA base. Catholics, like myself, got him elected and many staff his administration. Messaging like this is only going to hurt GOP turnout in the midterms.
