@ParallelsCares I need help canceling my subscriptions. I haven't used Parallels in a long time but auto-renew was enabled. When I log into my dashboard, both subscriptions are greyed out so I can't cancel them. I was just charged for two renewals. How do I cancel?

This is an important notice. Please fix the Parallels UEFI implementation. Parallels is NOT providing the KEK (UEFI KEK) to support the upcoming SecureBoot CA2023 updates. The deadline is June 24th. Current PK: 'Parallels UEFI Platform Key 2016' Parallels in addition, should also consider implementing the UEFI Default Databases as a recovery and safety mechanism (PKDefault, KEKDefault, dbDefault, dbxDefault). @parallels @ParallelsCares

@ParallelsCares I need to retrieve an old document from an old MacBook Pro using iOS Catalina, with an old expired Parallels, and Windows 7. Is there a way to get a temporary license, say 1 month, to run the old Parallels long enough to retrieve the document?

Hey @ParallelsCares - I’m well aware because for 5 years I’ve contacted support because I still don’t have access to my license and can’t manage my payments and have requested cancellation many years in a row. Every time I connect support I’m told I should have access and I can cancel myself despite saying repeatedly that I don’t. For 3 of those years I said forget it, just give me the license key and I did in fact use parallels, but I’m tired of paying for something I use 10 hours a year. Can you please stop trying to charge my card so I can stop replacing my card number, I told the last two support agents I can’t cancel and want them to do it. This is illegal under US law so I’m certain it’s illegal under EU law.

@ParallelsCares I recently upgraded my macOS Tahoe version 26.1. Since then I have not been able to use parallels pro & windows 11 on my MacBook. I am not a tech savvy person & tried reinstalling the parallels pro software but it is asking the license key which I don't remember.

@ParallelsCares MacOS 26.2 RC is a nightmare if you’re in Parallels Desktop. I just found all my VM crashing be it windows, Ubuntu. Anyone else facing this? Any solution? Unfortunately I depend on this just for PowerBI.
