I worked in business for 35 years and know exactly what you mean. My eldest lad got a job in London last year at a tech firm where they’d taken on about 10 the previous year . After the NI increase , he was the only one taken on the next year. They think Labour changes are great but they cost jobs. None of them have ever worked for a business.
