#DRISHYAM3 : REPEATS THE SAME FORMULA, LACKS THE THRILL OF ITS PREDECESSORS… Rating - ⭐️⭐️🌟 ( 2.5 Stars ) Drishyam 3 revisits the familiar world and characters once again but this time, the impact is considerably weaker. While Parts 1 and 2 managed to keep viewers hooked and booked with gripping storytelling, tension filled moments, shocking twists and mind numbing climax, the third installment feels stretched and repetitive. The first half moves at a sluggish pace with very little happening though the interval block is good . The film picks up slightly in the second half as the mystery begins to unfold, but the proceedings never truly become gripping. The biggest disappointment is the climax, something the franchise has always been celebrated for. #JeethuJoseph who is known for his outstanding finale twist, this time it lacks the shock value and emotional payoff expected from the series. A major issue is the overfamiliarity of the narrative structure. The suspense, investigation pattern and emotional beats feel too similar to the earlier films, making the overall experience predictable. Instead of reinventing the franchise, the film relies heavily on nostalgia and repetition. #MohanLal Performance is sincere and technically the film is mounted well, but the writing doesn’t offer enough novelty to justify another sequel. The franchise now appears exhausted creatively, and the formula feels overused. Over Drishyam3 works in parts, but overall emerges as the weakest installment of the franchise. At the box office front, film will emerge as a winner due to its controlled budget and massive worldwide opening. #Drishyam3Review

DISQUALIFIED Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri have been disqualified from the Las Vegas GP. The rear skids on both cars were found to be less than the minimum thickness of the permitted 9mm. This has huge ramifications for the championship, with the gap between Oscar and Lando now remaining at 24 points, but Max Verstappen now sits level on points with Piastri and takes P2 based on races won (including Sprints). This has brought Max within striking distance of Lando and makes the next two races very interesting. The DSQ also means that everyone behind moves up, and Mercedes will now be credited with a 2-3 finish, with Kimi Antonelli's mega drive being rewarded on paper!
