@Lindaukc21 @Paul_Vegano Don't know. I only know that large animal vets have tubed cows who have chronic or acute bloat. I've treated bloat in horses & bunnies (no holes!) & it can be really rough: heat packs, temp checks, fluids, Gas X, Reglan, Cisapride, Meloxicam, massage...takes hrs. Not all survive

@Paul_Vegano But do u know that that's what is going on in the photo u posted? Fistulation is not bloat alleviation. If I had a pet cow, a large animal vet might insert a tube in her side to alleviate bloat. That's my only concern here.
