@JioCare I ported my number 9427246670 to @JioCare. The port process was completed, but my SIM was not converted to eSIM and I received an error message instead. I urgently need help to activate my SIM as my number is currently not working.

This kind of service is disappointing. Customers expect accurate guidance and efficient handling of basic requests. @HDFC_Bank @IDFCFIRSTBank — this is where service quality makes a real difference.
