So, as you all know, I'm one of those awful atheist people. 😂 But, I asked my audience whose churches would be interested in taking some of my tea (I have a small tea company) as a donation. Got lots of lovely replies. I've been packing up those donations and it's honestly so nice to be able to do this going into Christmas. Today I'm also shipping a big donation to a senior centre and a women's shelter. I'm honestly so amped for the churches to be able to hopefully enjoy this themselves, but also pay it forward if they do outreach. Excited to donate to our oldies, and ofc, gotta help my fellow ladies. Makes my heart happy to be able to do this. 😭❤️

My life as a woman changed when I learned that crying is necessary and actually a way our bodies release cortisol/other toxins built up during emotionally stressful periods. Crying also releases endorphins/oxytocin which are natural pain relievers, hence why you feel so much better after a good cry. Ladies, cry if you need to!

Lack of male leaders. Fathers. Husbands. Strong male friends. Looking for strong masculinity from the government.

I credit my husband with the person I am today. Not my peers. Not even my parents. MY HUSBAND. He saw the good in me. He saw the potential. He’s never once labeled me, or compared me, or defined me by my mistakes. He saw who I wanted to become. He saw my struggle and we struggled together. He believed in me when no one else did. He’s never berated me. He’s never been forceful. He’s loved me from a place free from fear. And that’s made all the difference
