Many thanks to Steve Bloyce for organising the Big Row event at Fleet physio last Friday. Staff from different specialties received coaching tips from some super experienced Paralympic and Invictus coaches. We also met Gold medal winner Emily Craig🥇🚣

Anyone can have a stroke at any time. Our amazing stroke physiotherapists at Frimley Park Hospital took on the @UltraChallenges Chiltern 50K to raise funds for a new specialist physiotherapy bike. They have raised an incredible £4600 so far! Congratulations team!!

Great cross site physio training today. Upper Limb Consultants along side one of our Advanced Practice Physiotherapist leading a well attended Educational Half Day on Elbow Trauma surgery and post operative rehabilitation.

Plz plz RT I know it’s September but this is so so so important. This is just heartbreaking 💔 Go into your local @DunelmUK store, they have a tree with gift tags on. You pick a gift tag take it, then return the present with the tag attached back to that store at beginning of December, then the presents will be taken to the children.. you can also add extra little gifts in if you like not just what’s on the tag. The 9th #CEOChangeChallenge bid is also from physio. Rachel Wynne is pitching kit that measures strength, balance, reaction time and jump height in patients with leg problems. It will help them track progress and use evidence-based exercise programmes.
