UPDATE: We've been informed by @usedgov that we meet the requirements for the waiver of assessment & accountability for the 2019-20 school year and that formal approval is forthcoming. As a result, we are canceling the administration of 2020 K-PREP. #KyEd

Build relationships!!! If students/teachers don’t think you care the will put up a wall. If they feel like you care they will run through a wall for you.

Seek to understand not judge. Give everyone you meet the benefit of the doubt. Ask yourself first what might I be missing.

Being happy with where you are and what you are doing is an important thing. Always waiting to be happy until the next event is “destination disease”. It may never happen so don’t delay your happinesses.

Getting a lot of great lines to reflect on. “The past is the place of reference not residence.” Our kids are going to make mistakes they are human don’t make them live there but learn from all choices.
