There are many who have incurred huge losses or will be sitting on huge notional loss but when you speak to them they will say and show some graph that our system identified timely exit at xyz level and it worked perfectly. See see our system 🙂

The problem with this kind of narrative is that it tends to politicize every issue and create unnecessary noise. On matters of national importance, it should not be about us vs them. They claim it’s refunded and their team close the tickets without any resolutions . I have a now new incident open . After they closed it 4 times . What are they doing with their customers money and not returning it back ??

RailMadad hs closed this request without any solution . PNR 2249084989 (Cancellation ID: 100001334916101) and PNR 2248674798 (Cancellation ID: 100001334916099) refunds are still not received. I raised two queries on the e-query portal; tickets were closed after sharing only an internal reference ID. Please share the UTR number for the refund so I can check with my bank. With only the IRCTC reference ID, the bank cannot trace the transaction. I can also share my bank statement showing the debit but no credit received. Please DM

@IRCTCofficial @irctcnorthzone Please note that your equery platform for refund is not sharing the UTR number of the refund they process . It’s been 10 days refunds have not been processed . They share the internal transaction in id and ask to check with bank . Tickets are closed without any help and no email id shared . When we call customer service IVR plays the message and does not connect to anyone
