ParseHub will be going down for about an hour for emergency maintenance.

@parsehub will be going down for about 12 hours in order to perform a major upgrade. The new client is finally ready!! (better late than never) We've taken huge effort to make sure the new client is backwards compatible with all existing projects. The new client has been tested by some of our customers for several months, and we think we've squashed all the major bugs - but we're not perfect, so please report anything that's not working well. Expect some bugs that will quickly get ironed out over the next few weeks. The new client works on modern websites and on all operating systems.

found out that @parsehub doesn't work in macOS Ventura. So, I have to wait for this

@parsehub I’m working on a project and I am not doing anything different but suddenly every time I run the data it comes back with an empty data set (even though when I test run the data is there)

Any runs that were stuck in an "initialized" or "queued" state will also start running shortly after.

ParseHub will experience some downtime at 12:30 am Eastern to deal with an urgent server issue. We expect to be down for about an hour, but may be down for up to 12 hours in the worst case. Any runs that are running at that time will be cancelled and restarted after we are back.

@LeeHaywardGG Hey Lee! ParseHub can only export data as CSV and JSON files. However, you can use convertio.co/csv-txt/ to clean up a CSV as a txt without quotation marks. Hope this helps!

@parsehub Hi can you help me regarding Relative Select function, most of the time it cannot select all the info needed to extract like the decimal on the price in amazon, the full address if the address is formatted in 2 rows/lines. How will you select this info?
