And for that to happen, people (in orgs) need to be able to have genuine dialogue, not discussions, but generative dialogue, which itself starts with sensing and listening from the centre. @pascalemompoint, including you here, Pascale.

Theory you focuses on deeper sourced emergence but doest propose much regarding power, and how we decide how we decide when prototyping in the right side of the U.
