Its like u guys want to be healthy without changing your diet. Takda siapa suruh cut out terus kalau taknak sangat tapi janganlah sehari tu minum teh ais dengan setiap meal, pastu makan dessert lagi. Moderation faham tak?

Entahlah nyah but my take about KA & sugar drinks is really simple. He was overweight, he went on a diet which also consisted of not taking any sugary drinks. He came back healthier than ever, & continues to promote sugary drinks. Boleh je tak buat air manis.
