So my current @OctopusEnergy Octopus 14M Fixed January 2025 v1 ends in March - the plan they offering at the moment using my exactly figures will cost me £220 more a year. After doing a comparison @fuseenergy will be saving me £376 a year. Cheers guys 🫡 No reason to be loyal

@patel07bcfc @OctopusEnergy Happened to us! Lost data, they tried to charge us 3 times our normal monthly useage!! Even billed us for it! Luckily they backtracked quicker than I could get legal advice and even paid me some back as an apology

If anybody is in the process of having their energy meters updated by @OctopusEnergy and you value your previous usage data PLEASE CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT AS ALL HISTORIC DATA WILL BE LOST. I was not made aware of this, had I of been made aware I wouldn’t have bothered

@reeleze @OctopusEnergy Give that I’ve patiently waited nearly 2 weeks to let the changes update and bed in…when speaking to Octo on the phone I was advised the data is completely gone. Well. I chucked in a SAR request to see if it’s available
