-Breakfast: Greek yogurt w/ fruit, nuts, honey, cinnamon
-Post-workout: protein shake
-Lunch: some type of eggs + veggies
-Dinner: beef or chicken + veggies
-Occasional snack: fruit or almonds
Not too complicated and keeps me lean, strong, and energized.

Reddit bros think Bitcoin is a scam, bubble, fraud, everything negative under the sun. And they are quite loud at the moment as you can imagine.
X thinks Bitcoin means freedom, economic empowerment, and is the solution to half of the world's problems.

One of my favorite lessons I’ve learnt from working with smart people:
Action produces information. If you’re unsure of what to do, just do anything, even if it’s the wrong thing. This will give you information about what you should actually be doing.
Sounds simple on the surface - the hard part is making it part of your every day working process.
