Read a chapter every day. Books give your brain a software upgrade, improves vocabulary & our ability to think. You become a smarter person learning from the wisest people in the world. If you don't read you get to live once. If you do read you get to live a thousand lifetimes.

We should focus more on wisdom. I am building a cinematic series about wisdom traditions, philosophy, newton to Einstein to the double slit experiment and then towards the science of the teenage mind. We talk about neuroplasticity and explain how the teenage mind CAN work. @PathofWonders
