@TeamYouTube Thank you, she did do this already and got a reply: "We reviewed your channel carefully, and have confirmed that it violates our spam, deceptive practices and scams policy." But we still don't understand why! I am hoping it is a mistake.

@pathogenomenick thanks for sharing! when a channel is terminated, the first step is for the channel owner to fill out the appeal form! here's how: goo.gle/3YXd4LE once the policy team takes a look, they'll get an email outlining the decision
