And they often don’t counsel their children. If you have a good product, it should not be an issue to replace.

This is sad. A parent notified me that their son was leaving our program. I messaged the player and thanked him for playing for us and wished him the best. He told me that his parent did that without asking him and he wants to play for us. This is sad for so many reasons.

Laconia 7 Hanover 8 Battled a very brutal 5th inning that had 6 BB, 2H, and 1E. Had to come from behind but tied it in the 6th, walked it off in the 8th. McBride missed a HR by 3’ in a very deep RF. Finished 3-5 with a HR shy of the cycle including the game winning oppo single.

@11point7 I played D-1 baseball and we practiced on our basketball arena’s parking lot cuz of the weather. First time on an actual field was always that first game at Miami. We also made 3 regionals in my 4 years and spent the majority of my college career in the top 25. So what??

This is what a corrupt political system is all about. On issue after issue — from the minimum wage to health care to climate to child care — the working class wants something, nothing happens. But when billionaires and corporations want something? It gets done. Unacceptable.

We spend twice as much as other countries on health care, yet 80 million remain uninsured or underinsured. A rational health care system should provide quality care for all, not huge profits for insurance and drug companies. That's why I will soon reintroduce Medicare for All.

@coachzblair10 Concept makes sense but all depends on the quality of the Jv coach. In our town, its horrendous so sitting the bench in varsity or even not playing is a better option. Just as important is for high schools to invest in good coaches at the JV level to ensure development!

HS Coaches: If you have a freshman that's good enough to be on varsity & you bring him up, please play him. Don't bring him up to sit. He's better off playing JV getting valuable reps then watching the game on varsity. Kids need to play to develop! 👊🏻
