She should be deported." 💯 "Mai Vang’s parents were saved by America as refugees. She thanks us by refusing to pledge allegiance to our flag." 今天华为的韬定律把A股半导体带飞,美股不开盘,咱们先学习,静待明天开盘后市场的反应: 1.韬定律核心逻辑:从“2D几何缩微”转向“时间缩微” 传统摩尔定律靠把晶体管做得更小;华为韬定律强调压缩信号传播时间、降低系统时延,用“时间常数 τ”作为新优化目标。 2.关键技术是“逻辑折叠 LogicFolding” 它不是简单换制程,而是通过缩短关键路径走线、降低电阻/电容负载,提升晶体管密度和电路性能。简单说,就是在不能轻易追上2nm、1.4nm光刻的情况下,通过结构、布局、互连和系统协同来“绕路追性能”。 3.华为把它扩展到四层:器件、电路、芯片、系统 器件层降低寄生电阻/电容,电路层做逻辑折叠,芯片层做软硬芯协同,系统层用灵衢总线降低集群通信时延。这个方向本质上是“先进封装 + Chiplet + 系统级架构优化”的组合。 4.已有商业化验证,但仍需独立验证性能 华为称过去六年已设计并量产381款基于韬定律的芯片,2026年秋季新麒麟芯片将采用逻辑折叠技术,并预计2031年高端芯片晶体管密度可达到等同1.4nm制程水平; 5.它是中国半导体在先进制程受限下的“替代路线” 中国先进制造能力通常被认为仍在约7nm附近,而台积电已进入2nm量产并计划2028年推进1.4nm/A14;因此韬定律的现实意义,是试图不完全依赖最先进EUV制程,而通过设计、封装、互连、系统架构缩小差距。
