@manairport Left a phone at the airport last Wednesday and 2 different staff members rang to say you had it and they would pass to lost property. I’m now told by lost property there is no trace of the phone despite its location pinging in T1 for days. What’s going on?

@simonpenson I’d say mission is important at the start but then it’s more about culture once you get to 30-50 people

@patrickaltoft Like it. Hire fit over expertise definitely helped us in the first 50 hires. After a while the cultural need changes but initially you’re right, it’s all about mission fit! Did you find that?
