@CYC3_Quayle @Aaron_Torres Also states have transparency of spending. You can easily see where the tax money goes. LDS church doesnt have the same reporting requirements that state funded schools have. Most of the NIL money at state schools come from donations for NIL. Not the same

Since there are a lot of uniformed people talking college hoops tonight:
1. BYU did not pay AJ Dybantsa $7 million
2. They had 6 season-ending injuries, including an All-Big 12 guy
3. When somewhat healthy they were 16-1
4. Yes, AJ was "worth it" for BYU despite win/loss record

BYU paid $7 million to AJ Dybantsa. He led the nation in scoring. Cool. They finished 10th in the Big 12 and were a 6-seed in the NCAA Tournament after losing a key guard to injury. They lost to an 11-seed Texas team that finished 10th in the SEC. Is that NIL $ well spent?

Balance sheet says NWC is $1.2M. Seller swears it's $500k, I'm in the industry and know the true NWC are around $900k at this size based on my business. how do we solve this problem.

@bonapartay Arizona and ready mix. Basically said the raw materials and 100k was all that was needed for a 9M rev business. I could have financed it or brought investors but typical retiring owner the biz needed a serious reinvestment into equipment
