@doodlifts @tomismeta Thank you and I completely agree. I think of provenance as context and the story of the piece. The blockchain makes that info more available but love the idea of surfacing it a bit more.

There’s a market opportunity for a product that allows collectors to immutably memorialize their interpretation of and experience acquiring art.
Provenance is more robust and interesting than just the transaction; the collectors’ stories are forever intertwined with the art.

The beauty of art. Everyone’s interpretation is the confluence of past experiences and the art itself, contextualized by their current experience and desires. Interpretation of the art is not a separate construct; rather, a connected, fluid and rarely captured extension of it.
