Why can’t Sammie Kioko just take the tender dispute to court and deal with it there?

The new KeNHA Director-General Luka Kimeli has been linked to questions over the award of a multi-million shilling tender to a Somali contractor. The allegations, coming soon after his confirmation in office, raise concerns about possible abuse of office and breaches of procurement rules. It is claimed the deal was coordinated from his office with the help of officials in the procurement department, allegedly working with contractors for kickbacks. If true, the arrangement may have denied taxpayers value for money and led to loss of public funds. There are also concerns that regulators have not acted on the alleged irregularities surrounding the tender award.

After luos failed to push kenyans to hate kikuyus, they are now with another fake narrative. But the good thing is that only a few luos think that Ruto Must Go is tribal. Ruto Must Go is an agenda of every kenyan who feels this country is heading to the wrong direction.
Kenya West@KinyanBoy

I’m glad some of you are slowly coming to the realization of ‘Ruto Must Go’ is not entirely about poor governance, corruption as pushed but about a tribe that feels the power belongs to them. The sooner you become aware of the fact & read the pattern you’ll make better choices.

Ademba can't deliver even 1000 votes to any camp, but now he wants us to hate on Gachagua who commands a clean 5 million votes. These luos overate themselves & that's main reason why Raila always lost. We want everyone against Ruto on board. Our main goal is to kick out Ruto.

CAF says that Ruto’s Talanta Stadium, which based on its cost of construction, is the most expensive Stadium in the world, doesn’t meet AFCON 2027 standards. It is painful that Ruto spent over kshs 100 billion just to create a stadium for propaganda and TikTok content creation.

Let me say something most people are afraid to admit. Anyone pushing the idea that Rigathi Gachagua is “not an option” is either being naive, emotionally driven, or unknowingly making it easier for William Ruto to win again. You don’t defeat an incumbent by deleting players from the field. Politics is not about feelings. It’s about numbers. Rigathi Gachagua is an option. Edwin Sifuna is an option. Babu Owino is an option. Kalonzo Musyoka is an option. Fred Matiang'i is an option. That’s democracy, not gatekeeping. Let’s be honest for a second. You may not like Gachagua. That’s fine. But pretending he has no influence is political dishonesty. He commands real numbers in the Mount Kenya region and beyond, including a significant youth base. And elections are not won on X. They are won at the ballot. Another uncomfortable truth: No one owns the youth. Not politicians. Not activists. Not influencers. Mobilizing young people to register etcetra does NOT give you remote control over their votes. The same youth you think “belong” to your side can vote for Ruto, Gachagua, Sifuna, or anyone else. That is their right. That is democracy. This growing arrogance, where some people think they can decide who is “acceptable” for millions of Kenyans, is exactly how movements lose direction. If your strategy is to silence certain candidates instead of building a stronger national alternative, then you’re not fighting power; you’re narrowing your own path to defeat. To remove Ruto, you will need numbers, coalitions, and the strongest possible candidate. Not comfort. Not echo chambers. And if that candidate turns out to be Gachagua — so be it. Kenya belongs to voters. Not gatekeepers.

Linda Mwanaichi should go to Parliament and the Senate to start the impeachment process against Ruto. Even if they fail to reach the required quorum, it’s important for us to know which MPs and Senators stand with the people and which ones will side with the oppressor, Ruto.

Ademba Allans is actively sabotaging the Niko Kadi voter registration movement and it doesn’t look accidental. What business do you have telling people who is not an option at this stage? If you’re genuinely neutral, why single out Gachagua when there’s a myriad of potential candidates? Why not say Eliud Owalo is not an option? Or Cassypool Or even Cheralgei? If the goal is higher voter turnout, then step back, avoid taking sides, and let people register first.

Rigathi Gachagua is not the problem facing Kenya. He is not on the presidential ballot. He is not the man tightening the noose around the neck of ordinary citizens. The real question before the country is bigger than personal grudges and tribal reflexes. Kenya today is suffocating under runaway taxation, collapsing public services, and a leadership that behaves like the state treasury is a personal ATM. That is the battlefield. Not Rigathi Gachagua. Obsession with Rigathi while the Tuko Kadi momentum is building is political blindness. Liberation movements fail when people start fighting the wrong battles and targeting the wrong enemies. Politics is not Sunday school. It is strategy. Rigathi Gachagua in this moment is not the tree. He is the axe. And the tree we are cutting down is the system that has pushed Kenyans to the edge unbearable taxes, economic suffocation, and arrogance in power. You do not throw away an axe because you dislike the handle. You use it until the tree falls. Those who keep attacking potential allies are unknowingly protecting the very system they claim to oppose. Revolutions are not won by purity contests. They are won by coalitions, by cold calculation, and by understanding one simple rule of power: The enemy of your enemy is your temporary ally. Build bridges. Stop building political walls when the house itself is on fire. Liberation struggles are bigger than individual egos. They require uncomfortable alliances, strategic patience, and the discipline to choose the right enemy. Kenya will change. The question is not if. The question is who will be mature enough to stand together long enough to make it happen. History is ruthless to those who mistake distractions for the real fight.

Ruto has abused Raila and Luos more than Rigathi. Ruto called Raila, mganga. Ruto said Raila never went to school. He called Luos wangoaji reli, lazy goons who only wait for Nandis to plant maize and demand it be given to them for free during Sufuria Demonstrations. He said Raila was too mean that couldn’t even donate makamasi to trees when Raila questioned his bribes to churches. So, Onyango, if you love Ruto who said all those things, why would you hate Rigathi who only called Raila, Mzee wa kitendawili? It is okay to support Ruto, it is your democratic right. But don’t insult our intelligence by claiming you support Ruto because Rigathi called Raila, Mzee ya Kitendawili while the Ruto you support has called Raila and Luos, worse names!

Mimi nashangaa sana na what excits Luos. They have a weakness. They're now excited by a promise to extend SGR to kisumu & Uganda border. Sisi wakamba Uhuru alipitisha SGR ukambani yote mpaka miritini where the majority are kambas, but still that didn't convince us to vote him.
